I couldn't use my phone without

I could only use my phone when I'm sitting outside. Whenever the signal worked, it went on and off. I could not answer a call and end the call without dropping the call. Terrible gear would not recommend to anyone

FALSE ADVERTISING

The phone is fine but it doesn't work for me. It advertises a nano SIM card but mine doesn't fit (my SIM card is too small for some reason even though the nano is the smallest size) and it's not recognized at all. I also have LTE and my phone provider says it works on 3g but it still doesn't get it. I am extremely disappointed. The phone is also so slow that I can't even use Facebook Messenger. This is an overall terrible phone that is misleading and falsely advertised.

Doesn't work for video calls

When my old phone broke (my 6 month old daughter threw it on the tile floor) I decided to look for a cheap alternative (in case she does the same thing again). This phone works great EXCEPT for one major issue - my video calls just won't connect. This is a big problem for me as my husband has been away for months and is therefore able to see and speak to our daughter.
