This protein is very cheap so I had to try it. I usually buy gold standard whey from optimal nutrition and I have to say this is the best protein powder I have ever tried in my life and I have tried many gainers and proteins for example. I promise you serious mass thanks to optimal nutrition its high in carbs and low in protein and will just make you fat , Elite by Dymatyze it's just good not great abs extreme gainer great taste not much gain and gold standard Whey, BEST PROTEIN EVER! If you can afford it, get optimal nutrition. Back to body strength Very pleasant taste with water. I mixed 2 scoops with 12 ounces of water, mixed great in a shaker, with milk is a different story. Only 1 scoop with milk tastes very sweet, I didn't like it. As for the results, I've only had it for a few days so I can't comment on that. Overall I think it's a good product for the money but if you want something different a little more premium with the OP
