I really liked it because the reviews were so good. I bought turquoise and I love the color. I had never owned a blender before and was looking to make the switch and it looked like it could be a good product. Having used it once I think I'll keep it to myself BUT I think anyone buying it should know the following so they can make an informed decision: 1) Mixing head goes up but doesn't as high as I want. I was hoping that it would be difficult to add the ingredients to the bowl during the mixing process, 2) the mixing bowl was very difficult to remove from the bottom as it had to be rotated to remove it, 3) when I was making the cake the mixture , after the kneading was complete, I noticed that there was still dry unmixed product at the bottom of the mixing bowl, so I had to mix it by hand, 4) it's difficult to get utensils to the edges of the bowl when you're mixing and the dough having to scrape off the sides of the bowl; there isn't much room for that. I ended up having to remove the bowl, clean it and put it back on the stand. I don't know, maybe a lot of people have problems like this with any blender. Since this is my first, I might think about these things too much, but it seems uncomfortable.
