I ordered this brand of slip covers (first time) for a sofa and chair in my family room. The furniture is good, but scratched by cats I had in the past. I was very impressed by the weight, feel, and ease of use for these slip covers. I have bought and used several brands including Sure Fit and Maytex. I keep my furniture covered for protection from my dog and cats. Most have a fabric that has a weave or nubby texture. Pet hair is harder to clean, so I prefer the velvet like texture. Easier to vacuum or brush up with a Chom Chom Roller. Now, I have not yet washed them, so we'll see how they hold up. Hopefully they will because the fabric has a decent weight to it. Got the camel which is a nice soft brown. I like the individual covers for each seat cushion. They stay put. They fit well ( I have a standard size sofa and chair) and they look very nice. If they wash and wear well, I will be ordering another set for my living room furniture.
