If you have an old laptop like 90's, take this one. But seriously. why so surprisingly thin. but with a massive footprint? What are we trying to hide here, which webcam is 1/4 inch wide? Yes None. They are wider or slightly wider than the screenless bezel on every laptop I've tried them on - a 6 year old Dell, 3 different Lenovos and Acers. Of course, most of the laptops I compared them to were thin laptops, some of them were considered ultrabooks. I can't imagine there are many newer tablets out there where this does not cover any part of the screen. Comparison photo taken on my Lenovo Yoga - so you can get an idea of the size differences. Nice feature and as I said very thin (which is great). Before ordering, be sure of the size you need - if your laptop has a thin bezel where the screen takes up most of the lid - get something smaller.
