Review on KiWAV by Rashid Summers

I was looking forward to visiting KiWAV, a web-based retailer of auto, motorcycle, and powersports components. Unfortunately, my interactions with them left me feeling let down. Their website was the first place I ran into trouble. It was disorganized and frustrating to use, making it tough to track out the exact information I required. It was difficult to decide which components to buy because of the inadequate product descriptions. When I ultimately decide to make a purchase, it took far longer than I had anticipated for the components to arrive. After a long wait, the components finally arrived, but they were scraped and dented in their packaging. I tried to get in touch with KiWAV's customer service to get this resolved, but they were rude and useless. They said it was the shipping company's fault and wouldn't issue a replacement or refund. My time spent with KiWAV as a whole was really disheartening. Customer service was poor, things were damaged in transit, and the website was a nightmare to navigate. KiWAV does not have the quality or reliability to be a recommended source for auto, motorcycle, or powersports parts.
