I needed a lightweight pair of lounge pants and these are perfect. Living in Hawaii, often these types of pants are too heavy/thick. But this product is a thin fabric (beware if you live in a colder climate, I suspect these will NOT be warm enough!) and very soft. I am a size 12 waist but size 14 in hips and ordered a Medium. They fit perfectly. Also, for those saying the pants are too long, I am 5'9" and they come to my ankle bone. Keep that in mind when ordering.
