The best thing about matrix is that it allows us to track our licenses in real time which is very helpful for our business. I would say it's not user friendly but once you get used to it, everything works fine. I've been using matrix for more than 3 years now and this software has never let me down. I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this product because it has helped my organization manage our licenses in a very efficient manner. It has also helped us streamline processes such as renewals and audits.
