It is not possible to use all five ports at the same time.
In use for about a year. Tried using all 5 ports a couple of times but it was overloaded and not charging. As a result, one of the ports stopped working. The other four are still in operation. The power cord is not stuck and pulls out easily. I've had it drop out a few times, unaware that it was unplugged and therefore not charging my devices.
