Sound quality and comfort is good
I was really surprised that I could use it over a BTE and the sound was good without causing feedback. It is very light and comfortable for long periods of wear. I was also pleased with the range. I was able to walk anywhere in my 4 bedroom house or in the driveway in front of my house with no signal drop. The only downside I found is the volume limit, but that might be a bigger problem for my hearing than the headset.
