The service is very good but sometimes there are delays in processing paperwork or documents which can be frustrating when you’re trying rush something urgent through Customs! Ensure that your agent/customer support team have all necessary documentation (such as Packing Lists) ready before contacting them regarding any issues around shipment clearance etc so they're more likely able help resolve it sooner rather than later if needed - this has been our experience working closely within their customer care department over several years now.
