The service was very friendly and they had good information about how it should work; however I received no support from them after my shipment arrived in Beijing (a week late). Their customer care team did not respond when we called or emailed asking questions. I have used this service before but was very impressed by it then so decided that i would use them again when required! They are quick at replying (which is important) as well they can handle everything from sending an email through their account manager up until final delivery in our case via DHL Express/EMS which has been excellent too - no problems there whatsoever!!
