The service was very friendly and they had good information about how it should work; however I received no support from them after my shipment arrived in Beijing (a week late).

Their customer care team did not respond when we called or emailed asking questions. No tracking number provided by their courier provider - so there's nothing you can do if your package is lost/stolen! A waste of money considering that other companies provide better services at competitive prices. We used IB because our clients requested this specific type of international delivery solution.
