0 Star Run Away Fast The iPhone software doesn't work very well because when creating a label, the positioning, alignment and size of all text and objects are lost when you go back to the saved item. The banner text at the top of my label literally doesn't stay centered, the text box doesn't stay full width meaning that if you have space it wraps to the next line instead of having text, I see there's that too lots of half-baked features where the core layout features don't work properly. After losing over $100 on this printer and labels I have a feeling it was a bad buy and will only come in handy when you need to make a label. In this case I have a portable LabelMaker tool that I will use. It's garbage because of the software. It seems like the printer itself can be a great tool, but without the right software to use it, it's crap.
