I was able to identify high-risk groups of potential customers in under 5 minutes, at no cost! Easy integration with our marketing channels too. Can't beat that service for free! No major issues so far but would like support from Demography team if needed. The best thing about Demographery is its ability to reach out to people who are not even looking for your product/service - it's great for brand building. The biggest benefit of using demography as an application for targeting customers to improve your business performance, it has allowed me more accurate analysis than other platforms that I have used in my career (Salesforce). Nothing yet! We are still learning how this can be implemented into our daily operations but so far we like what they're doing with their product development process which was something lacking from another provider previously utilized within our organization.
