Update: I emailed the problem on Friday and a new bag was delivered today for free! Looks much better and am very happy with the customer service! Thanks very much! First review: I received my bag today. I think it's great (good size, the shoulder strap is long enough etc.) except that there are very noticeable scratches on the inside of the small front pocket. Either in use or while sewing, the part has been dropped and stepped on. :-/ I've emailed to see if I can get an undamaged bag. If I scratch it, that's one thing, but I want it to start over.
