I hesitated for a long time before finally buying a label printer and it was great! I ran into some minor issues as the drivers are mostly in Chinese and the label sizes are in millimeters instead of inches which caused some printing issues initially. I had to go into print settings, add the paper type for 4x6, save, and also add a small border at the top so the top line doesn't disappear. After making these changes, my labels print perfectly. What I couldn't fix was the label holder. I received a FREE UPS standard label roll which costs more than the stand. The machine's feed is (understandably) not strong enough to pull labels off the shelf when it's all the way down. This stand should be made an inch higher or have a different pivot and you'll be fine. It is worth noting that this label roll is a STANDARD UPS roll; I believe the FEDEX label roll is the same size. I don't just use any exotic jumbo reel.
