I smoke and burn!

First time I've used a mug press on this machine! The wiring she is connected to actually started smoking and burned a hole right through the piece of rubber around her! He burned the wires and he can't be brought back! I'm very disappointed as I've paid over $200 in this time and I've been very happy to use it! I do not recommend this brand and will not buy from this company again!
