Great moulds, suitable for baking breads and loaves

My husband mentioned that our aluminum split ONE mold was a bit difficult to open/release the last time he made a cheesecake. Was he ever pleasantly surprised when they showed up (especially the 'small' and the fact that there were three tiered sizes)!

Pros
