Nice print, not as comfortable as some

I like nylon watch straps because I feel they 'breathe' better than the silicone straps that usually come with them. I used a nylon watch strap from another company in Cartoon Floral which I was happy with but wanted to change. There are dozens of nylon straps for the Galaxy Active 2 watch from different manufacturers, but not enough styles that would appeal to women - well, this woman - there are military-style, bright orange, prep-school stripes, and plaid styles, but not many options that are good. I tried this one and it has a few pros and cons. Pros - The camo blue pattern is attractive and stays cleaner than the solid pink I had. DURABLE CONSTRUCTION - The strap is made up of two layers of straps, it feels like it will last forever. There are two extra spring bars and a small screwdriver-like tool that I believe can be used to attach the strap, although I didn't need it. Con - Sturdy construction. The product description says "Flexible" but I have the extra elastic sticking out (I have a small wrist) so it's awkward under the long sleeve - I have to leave the cuff open. The lack of flexibility wouldn't be as much of an issue if the metal loops could be moved closer to the watch so they could hold the extra strap, but they are sewn in place. I hope they soften a bit over time, but right now I feel like I'm only handcuffed. In summary, this bracelet has an attractive print, but maybe just better suited for larger wrists. I hope it softens over time because it has potential. And, hey, Straps Guy! How about pastel and floral prints? "Military style" does not necessarily mean military style.

Pros
  • CHOOSE YOUR SUITABLE WIDTH: 18mm (and 18mm tip); Total length: 195 mm (120/195) without buckle; The thickness of the tape is approximately 1.75mm. You can measure the lug width of the watch where the strap and spring bar connect to the watch case. Measure the width between the tabs in millimeters. It is important that the lug width of your watch matches the width of the strap, otherwise it will not seat properly. You can also find the specifications of most watches by searching the internet.
Cons
  • Low repairability
