My 20 month old daughter has unzipped her other sleeping bags but I wanted to keep her in one because it helps her not to run away from the cot and she doesn't wear the blanket the whole time sleep Night. She can't (yet) avoid it! It's soft and seems to keep you warm. This is the only zipped sleeping bag I've found. Now I have two. They are both good quality and I would recommend them to other small escape artists. I use it every night and sleep. It's a fairly light duvet and I choose the weight of her pajamas based on the weather/warmth.
