I recently built a house with 22ft ceilings in the living room. There are 2 very tall windows starting at 10 feet and ending at 16 feet. I didn't really think about how I would clean those windows when I built the house. Oops. I hate heights and stairs so I decided to try this device. It works like a dream! I quickly assembled the pole with all the extensions to get the tall windows. I washed them first with hot soapy water, then replaced the pad with a dry one and used Windex in a spray bottle to give them a shine. I had no problems with the bar control (I'm 5ft 7in) and the sprayer worked great. My windows are now shiny, clean and streak-free and I'm not afraid to wash them multiple times. Year! Run, don't walk, buy it - you won't regret it!
