We ordered two of these in October 2019, they were soft and perfect from the start. I actually always took it to sleep with it. In March I ordered three more for the rest of the family. The new ones were rock hard from night one, we wake up every morning with a sore neck and a headache, don't I get it? Have the materials changed? I went to my old order to make sure I bought the same product and I did. I actually went to this order to place my new one. So disappointed I spent so much money to buy 5 of these and only 2 are worth it. The only thing I can think of is that they changed something when they were created. The old ones were perfect, didn't need breaking in, very soft and supportive right from the start. I wouldn't recommend her now.
