Update, my little one has grown into shoes but the velcro on one side doesn't work at all and we've tried everything, unfortunately I haven't had a chance to speak to the company that sent it. Warning: Make sure the velcro is working before leaving them. We love these shoes so much, my little granddaughter was so happy when she received them! They fit as hoped and she danced and jumped around the house in them all night with no problem. It's been a few days now and she likes velcro very much and is learning how to use it herself with the help of adults. The velcro is very strong I couldn't believe how strong it is and she needs help to take it off but I think she'll be able to work on her own soon. They are a bit flexible and we have golden ones. Very happy.
