Product OK but again the racks were not properly packed by the carrier. One of the spacers pops out of the box, but at least the contents remain in the outer box so nothing is lost (not missing) as was the case with the previous shipment. In both cases, an oversized outer box was used to transport a small, heavy product, allowing it to move within the box. These racks are heavy and during shipping they will be flung out of the manufacturer's packaging and the contents (frame and hardware) will end up in the shipping box. The released post then punctures the outer shipping carton. The solution is to ship the racks in much smaller boxes so they're secure but can't move. The boxes used are a foot longer than the product inside and 6 inches wider than necessary. A small piece of brown shipping paper used as a spacer is practically useless to keep the heavy spacers from moving around in the shipping box. I bought similar items. on eBay and have not encountered this problem. Revain shippers should better choose box sizes for heavy items.
