Review on Splendid Set of Super Squiggles Outline Markers - 12 Vibrant Shimmer Colors for Artistry and Drawing Perfection by Doris Tran

I bought these on a whim, just for fun. I send a lot of regular mail and love to decorate my envelopes with markers and thought it would be fun to bring this up. I've included a few photos so you can see the quality of each marker print for yourself. The markers are very easy to activate - shake well and then remove the cap, press the tip to get the ink flowing. When it comes to tip width from marker to marker, there doesn't seem to be any consistency. They are all the same, round, but some form a thinner line than others. The green marker had some "overflow" issues due to too much ink running down the felt tip. They draw well on white paper, but bleed profusely. My example is on regular card stock and the ink was still translucent. Colored inks do not work on dark surfaces. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. I don't think I can use them to address envelopes unless I put protective paper inside when writing to absorb bleed through. I would not recommend them to people who intend to create beautiful handwritten lettering. Or to log in on thin pages.
