I've looked for a good weighted vest for several years and this one was recommended by my Physical Therapist. I'm a petite 90 lbs and couldn't find anything that would fit me before purchasing this vest. I gave it four stars for comfort because I could go with a vest that is 1 pound lighter, but I don't think that exists!Love that the sides are adjustable and it is easy to put on. While the product itself is good-the packaging was absolutely awful. It rained on the day of delivery and when I opened the package when I arrived home from work, the vest was soaking wet. It was literally thrown in a box without even having plastic around it so even if the box was wet, the vest would be in ok shape.

This vest didnt really work for me. It isnt able to adjust to the point of necessary snugness to not bounce around if you wear it while running. Its decent quality and comfortable, just didnt work for me.

Very difficult to add and remove the weights- once in ok to work out in but will never ch out the weights because it’s just too hard

I used this for one workout and it started ripping on the shoulders. I’m so bummed I was really excited to have this. That's my feedback.

While the product is of good quality, the price on the product itself not including shipping is more than twice the amount than the heaviest vest on their website. Extremely disappointed.

Super bummed that the cheap plastic chest clasp has already broken after only 2 months … and beyond the "return policy” . Waiting for vendor response to see if they will exchange.

This is a great vest for working out. Straps on nicely and also is not harsh on the skin. It does slide when doing jumping exercises but easy to handle.

This came in a day early. It feels awkward at first but eventually you'll get use to it and this is balanced evenly as advertised. After putting on I realize I look like Buutenks from DBZ.

Adjustable for women and small men. Not Adjustable for big people. Women included. I asked double x-large for men. I received double x-large women. I also requested the 30 pound size. I received the 10 pound size.

I wanted to amp up my workouts by adding weights and this vest fit the bill perfectly. It stays in place while walking and doing strength training, however it does slides a bit while running. Nonetheless I'm still happy with this purchase.

Seams are already tearing at the shoulder. Would like to get it replaced but too hard unless Ebay can help.Update: vendor contacted me and they are issuing a refund for the vest. Appreciate them being proactive !

I happen to have a brith defect that affected my chest and ribs a little. So my lower ribs are more forward than most. Due to that and the design of this vest it just does not work for me. Because of the placement of the pre-weighted areas just under the front straps, when I put it on those weights rub and dig into my lower ribs. After about 2.5 K I am just in pain from those spots rubbing.I had to return and order one that more like a shirt in length and with the small weight inserts so I have

I like this vest for running or pull ups. However, if you are wanting to do movements such as burpees, or running to the point where you move the vest up and down it flips inside out over the closure. It’s not convenient to stop mid workout to fix the vest. The bungee straps on the sides make for a good side to side fit tho!

This vest works well and meet expectations. I was mostly worked about it flopping around when I run but the cords on the side ensures it doesn't move at all. I wasn't really sure which pouches go in which pockets and I didn't receive any instructions not is a there a video that demonstrates this. I just stick them wherever I want to distribute the weight evenly.Recommended purchase

The product headline is very confusing, there is no way to adjust the weight, you have to buy the specific weight you want which is not was I was after. Comfortable enough but came with no instructions on wearing or washing.

This is a MUST BUY! Here’s your sign! I love this weight vest! It has a lot of compartments to adjust your weight and distribute it evenly. It feels secure, and it’s very comfortable! I use it on my walks and on the treadmill! I’m working up to run with it! I also like that it has more weights that I can build up to!

Pretty good for the price. I bought this to wear during my boot camps and it does make it more challenging. Great purchase!

Even weight distribution, comfortable spandex like fabric, elastic sides and velcro middle straps that rest just below the boobs area. Pockets fit a phone etc. New in box, has that new smell so i let it air out for a few hours and used disinfectant spray.
