This is one of the best and cheapest units. My bathroom sink was slowly draining and I knew the hairball was most likely the culprit. Very easy to use - just dip the gripper down the drain and the upward-pointing spikes grab the hair and you pull it back. Tell you what, it's gross, and if it was anyone other than my hair, I'd probably throw up. I have shoulder length thin hair and I never style my hair directly over the sink. I pulled out a huge clump of hair and to be honest I'm shocked I have hair on my head because a lot of it has gone down the drain! :-O My invested time is a maximum of five minutes - maybe more because I was fascinated (and shocked) by the results. After this minimal investment of time, my sink drained with no problem. It's worth the price - I think I paid less than $10 for a three-pack, although one is all you'll ever need unless you have a couple of bathrooms and long-haired kids. ;-)
