The Maedhawk bluetooth receiver had quite a bit of static electricity when I connected it to my phone. I later discovered that the default codec on my Galaxy S10 Plus is not compatible with the highest quality codec in MaedHawk. I had to go into "developer" mode and learn how to set "all codecs" by default. However, the sound quality was not HD. The reason is that MaedHawk's best audio codec, AptX HD, is not available on my S10 Plus. It uses Sony LDAC codec as the highest quality codec. On 32-bit quality it's better than from a CD. and better than 24-bit, still better than CD quality, AptX HD codec. The S10 Plus offers the aptX codec, which is still 16-bit CD quality but doesn't sound any better than the AptX HD codec. I bought MPOW 408AB. When I use it with my S10 Plus, the sound quality is what I was looking for. (I don't think MaedHawk is a bad product at all, just be aware of the codec compatibility issues when purchasing these Bluetooth receivers.)
