Accidentally cut well for car electronics

I like the size, the USB size is just a little wider. I like its portability and the fact that it can be bent to different angles. I have no trouble connecting to bluetooth but for no rhyme or reason it just turns off and you then have to log into the phone to disable bluetooth (because it still works on the phone even though the product did its job not fulfilled). ) and connect it again. I'm glad I didn't get rid of the one I originally had. I only use it as a backup now

worked fine For a day or two.

I like the idea and shape of this adapter. The Bluetooth connection was reliable, easy to use and quite small and compact. It's good. I ran it for a day or two until the battery needed charging. and that was it. I plugged it into my car charger while at work. There was no indicator light to show it was loading. I figured the light just wasn't working so I turned it on and it lasted five minutes. Chargers with the same result Unfortunately I ended up sending it back.

It was great until it broke on a single use.

I really wanted to give those 5 stars on first use. The quality was surprisingly great when connected to the aux and I was initially very satisfied. However, after ONE charge of that $25 Bluetooth receiver, he died completely. Charged to a full battery, got in the car, but it doesn't work at all, won't turn on and doesn't blink. Mind you, for me it was less than 1 day. There's no sign of it even turning on. Not sure if I fixed the faulty one, but it seems some customers are having recurringโ€ฆ

Check for possible audio codec compatibility issues with your phone.

The Maedhawk bluetooth receiver had quite a bit of static electricity when I connected it to my phone. I later discovered that the default codec on my Galaxy S10 Plus is not compatible with the highest quality codec in MaedHawk. I had to go into "developer" mode and learn how to set "all codecs" by default. However, the sound quality was not HD. The reason is that MaedHawk's best audio codec, AptX HD, is not available on my S10 Plus. It uses Sony LDAC codec as the highest quality codec. Onโ€ฆ

Cannot get aptX LL with aptX HD capable transmitters

Updated my review after correspondence with manufacturer. They were very responsive and should be commended for that. First, they provided additional Qualcomm proprietary documentation showing that the QCC3034 chipset does indeed support aptX LL (low latency). I found it true. Second, they helped diagnose why I couldn't get the receiver to pair in aptX LL mode. My transmitter supports both aptX HD and aptX LL. In such cases, the receiver automatically prefers HD, and unfortunately there is noโ€ฆ
