I like that they're so organized, as well as having all of my contact information in one place! They also make it really easy to schedule appointments with clients or keep track of when calls are coming through their system via phone dialers (when using RingCentral). Sometimes you might get confused by what time zone is selected for your account, especially if there's an odd difference between where someone lives vs.'s work from home vs., etc.. If anyone has experience working remotely then this isn't much different than just scheduling meetings at specific times - but still very helpful!! Keeping accurate records about customer service/quotes received & being able to respond quickly once invoices have been paid makes me feel more confident knowing we don’t overspend while delivering quality products.
