Not sure where to start. It came together pretty easily. but when it came time for the lid, the problems started. Wrong size, obviously broken/wrong shape/etc. No big deal we thought, probably just bad. We decided to swap it out for another one (because the reviews on it were excellent). Been trying to figure it out for over an hour. Nothing. The thing doesn't move. Called Suncast 3 times that day and waited over an hour and a half for a response (between 3 calls). I decided to check out their website, nothing. There are no disassembly instructions. Had to finish something and decided to call back at 3:30pm (cst), now the place says they are closed. Although written before 17:00. I finished. All I knew was to break it to take it apart. Absolutely huge waste of time and energy. It took my son and I almost ONE more hour to smash up and send this stupid box back. Hammers, screwdrivers, pliers - everything helped. It took more strength than I could muster. I will never order their products again. Zero customer service. There are no disassembly instructions. I'm so glad this thing passed. I will never.
