
I never spend a lot on my cookie sheets/baking trays because they get messed up pretty quickly no matter the quality. Cooking spray is the single worst offender in causing discoloration and build-up. These are very comparable to the type I normally buy. They're fairly sturdy and have an effective non-stick surface. They also have high sides (which I prefer to those that are completely flat) and aren't insulated, which prevents food from caramelizing. The only peculiar thing is that they seem to be slightly smaller than my other baking sheets. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
