Then I bought Liquid Pro liquid metal and a Thermaltake AXP-200 Muscule cooler (yes, expensive, but I need a thin, quiet and powerful cooling system and I didn’t lose). First, I applied liquid metal (there are plenty of instructions on the internet) only on the crystal and the lid of the processor from the inside, thinking that if that's enough, then I'll leave it like that. And. Yeah! it worked! The temperature is actually 20 degrees lower! In general, without scalping, I had to lower the frequency to 4 GHz in order to heat up to 87 in the load. On standard 4.4, I could go into throttling from overheating . Now it’s 45 degrees at rest, and in a two-hour stress test, the CPU Burn program has reached max temperature 76 degrees in overclocking to 4.7 GHz, which solved all my problems in the bud. By the way, I forgot, I left some Chinese thermal paste with a thermal conductivity of 6-8 units there between the lid and the cooler))) For KPT-8, this parameter is in the region of 1-1.5. Thermal paste copes perfectly well, cooler and liquid metal too. In general, the processor is excellent. Minus 1 point for the slag under the cover and the corresponding overheating.
