I am writing a review after a long use. Bought this humidifier 2 years ago. Everything worked, although the humidity did not reach the required indicators. (For a room with an area of ​​15-20 meters, the maximum humidity that was achieved was 50%) But okay. Exactly one year later, the piezoelectric element, which is needed for humidification, burned out. Replaced item under warranty. Another 7 months have passed and the same problem again. I gave it for repair, with a comment - to change the humidifier to a new one. After a couple of weeks, they brought a new humidifier. A month of using the new one has passed and again the f4 error, and again it does not moisturize. In my opinion, such quality is unacceptable even for Chinese technology, and even for equipment costing above average, it is not acceptable at all. To get through to the SC, you have to wait about 10 minutes. When asked to contact me by the head of the service center, they say - good, and that's it. I do not recommend this humidifier.
