Dial on the back allows millimeter precision adjustment. Fits perfectly. The chin strap is also fully adjustable, but before I could adjust the chin strap, my spirited daughter was running, jumping, and climbing with her helmet on and running away. It meets all my expectations for an adult helmet. It's probably even better than mine since it has MIP. From what I've noticed, in addition to the safety benefits, MIP's helmets make them a little more comfortable. I'm a bit jealous of my two year old helmet.
