I received the seat and looked through ALL the packaging for instructions. There were NONE! For anyone like me who is not inclined or a "Mr. Fixit" this was a major challenge. All the tools (and more) that I needed were contained with the seat. I finally went into my wife who IS more inclined and she helped me install the new seat. WORD OF WARNING -- Google replace bike seat and watch several of the videos BEFORE DOING ANYTHING if you are not good at mechanics. They were very helpful, but this company needs to include written instructions (and not just fancy pictures) on what needs to be done. As for the seat -- I have only gone up and down the street and have not had a chance to take any big rides, but it seems to be comfortable and although a little smaller than my last bike seat I still "fit" and it seems comfortable. This one should hold up better than my last one, as it seems it is either vinyl or leather on the seat and there is a small reflector tape on the rear (it is NOT a light, just a tape), which can give some additional warning at night.
