Compared to similar working mops, it does a good job of wiping down tiled walls after a shower, but looks 100% better than most of the ones we use. It's a very good balance, but the matte black really pops against the white bathroom tiles. It doesn't creak, and while it didn't seem like a secure fit at first, it actually holds securely on its hook. I don't have any particular claims, but I've learned the hard way that it now lives where I first put it. I tried to line it up with the wall tile but once it stuck to the tile it was in its forever home. So it's a little crooked in our soul, but still good.
