This kettle is top-notch; it looks nice and does a great job boiling water. Prior to it, a Siemens Porsche Design TW91100 had been in use for a decade before its measuring glass finally gave out. After looking for a pretty kettle for a while, I finally decided on this one and I'm happy with my purchase. Benefits include: The first-rate, cutting-edge style. The metal insert is only aesthetic, and the rest of the tank is made of plastic, so there's no risk of burning. Disadvantages: It has a standard wall plug, not an L-shaped plug.
