RENTERS DREAM: dish hook

I have concrete in my kitchen and I don't want to ask the maintenance staff to drill it. When I saw that, it was like someone read my mind as a renter. Now they hold all the utensils with a hole and make my kitchen look like a chef's kitchen. Thanks for this suggestion.
