Ha! I didn't really notice the hook coming off when I ordered them, so that was another surprise. I don't really like headphones because I always think they fall out of my ear, but the concept is great and functional. I like the over-ear hook feature and it's comfortable to wear. The headphones were really easy to use, there were no headaches to set up and they were ready to rock and roll in no time. Excellent performance with a simple press on the flat part of the bud. The headphones have good sound quality and my music sounds great when I'm using the headphones while the rest of the world is silent while using them because I hear nothing but my music. They are also comfortable in and around the ear. I really like her
