Review on Ideate by Joe Meyer

The ability for anyone in any location with access via web browser or mobile device can now submit their own ideas without having to go through an agency! I like this program because it allows me as my organization's sustainability manager (and new employee) time flexibility by not needing someone else at our office during business hours; however, there are other programs that allow you full control of your schedule when submitting idea submissions - so choose wisely depending upon what work/time constraints apply within each employer entity.

We have used ideastorm before but only if we were already working together prior to hiring them. It has been great getting outside input from employees who may be otherwise unrepresented regarding issues pertaining to Sustainability & Green initiatives throughout our facilities nationwide.
