The first tank was leaking due to a broken gasket. never mind After calling support I went back for a second. The second flowed out through the hole below. I called support again and then returned for a third. The third licked through a hole in the floor. The user above is correct that "leakage" is the wrong term. It will soak and damage everything nearby, below and around it in a radius of about 2 feet because it acts like a faucet draining a full gallon of water. Guess what? I can no longer call customer service as they are closed.
