I've been a fan of Sunnheiser headphones for a long time, never had any problems with them, but something went wrong. Bought them for 25k. I have been using these headphones since 12202222, I use them for about 3 hours a day, they are stored on a special stand, I have never dropped or disassembled them, I treat them with care. After 11 months, one of the ear cushions was torn, the seam just parted, the foam rubber got out. I contacted the support of the sunnheiser, where they told me that if a factory defect is detected, they will repair it, this should be decided by the service center specialists. Ok, I took it to the official service center, where after two days of waiting they issued a verdict - no factory defect was found. They offered to buy new ear pads for 1500r. pre-order with delivery in 2 months! I have no complaints about the build quality, sound (although it initially seemed too quiet to me). Conclusion: it is very strange to pay 25k for a headset and get raw software and torn ear pads after 11 months, support also leaves much to be desired. Disappointed.
