Easy to install, great battery life, rechargeable Connecting to my phone was a bit difficult. But after 30-40 minutes everything worked out for me. I tested it before installing it in my basement. A notification on my phone will save me hundreds of dollars if my drain pump fails again. The alarm on the detector itself is not that loud. I probably wouldn't have heard it since it's installed in my basement. The instructions state that you need to download the app on your phone. I did this and it was the exact same setup as the Koogeek Life app, I use Koogeek Life for my smart plugs. I was able to uninstall the app he suggested and use Koogeek Life to connect the detector to my iPhone.
