Once you set it up, it's amazing!
After assembly just great! The assembly instructions are not very well done. It took five different people to find someone who could figure out how to put it together for the right shoulder. I've had a bad rotator cuff for years and have always had to collect something to treat it with ice or heat. That works great!
- Cold therapy reduces inflammation and dull pain and should be used if the area has recently been injured, red, inflamed or tender. Cold therapy is recommended at 20-minute intervals.
