After learning how to put it on, it was comfortable and cool right where you needed it. It tends to slip on my hand a bit when I move, but I have small hands. It's comfortable and works as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone with shoulder pain!

This product is good because it can be controlled. You can put it on and walk around with it in your arms. Although it's used for both hot and cold, I only used it for cold. It's small enough to put anything in the freezer. However, I couldn't find any replacement packs for them, so as far as I know you'll have to buy a brand new one if they're damaged.

After assembly just great! The assembly instructions are not very well done. It took five different people to find someone who could figure out how to put it together for the right shoulder. I've had a bad rotator cuff for years and have always had to collect something to treat it with ice or heat. That works great!
