Failed a few times and it works very well. It's loud and I'm starting to smudge a few dots as I move forward. I know all WD couplers are loud, but in the park I never hear anyone as loud as mine. The hardest part for me was finding the right angle for the hitch ball. The instructions say to use 2 washers for 4" and 5" frames and 3 washers for 6", 7" and 8" frames. Well my trailer's frame is 6" but the ball bearing A- Frame is 5". I assumed they were referring to the trailer frame and added 3 only to take everything off and take out 1 washer. Do yourself a favor and install the entire rig before you put all the bolts after the ratchet tighten, check alignment. , then go back and reduce torque to 350 ft-lbs.
