MORE IMPORTANTLY, product descriptions conveniently leave this information out of the buying process. Why are there no diagrams and descriptions of the cranes needed to use this white elephant? WORSE, many reviews talk about how easy it is to set up. Well maybe it can be if you have the right faucet. But I will never know. I have to pay a plumber to install another faucet if I want to keep this one. GET HIM BACK? Repackaging this monster efficiently would be a nightmare. Also, it's larger than it appears in the pictures.
