Absolutely great product. I feel like my face was photoshopped when I was done and saw a difference the first time I used it. 100% part of my day/night skincare routine. I didn't charge it out of the box, but that requires sockets and the cable that comes with the kit. It holds a charge very well and the silicone is so soft! I don't know how I thought my face was clean before! *** And anyone complaining about the charging ports being rusty and not working after being in a wet wet shower for more than 4 months, please take better care of their items. It's definitely waterproof after multiple uses, but with some sense. ***
